Water: The management team has made it our responsibility to be sure that each tenant’s water is activated prior to one’s move in date. From that point on it becomes the tenant’s responsibility to make sure the bill is paid for the monthly use of water. Billing and collections are handled by NWP.
Power: Each tenant is responsible for making sure the power is turned on in their apartment at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the lease. One can do this by contacting:
